Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI) is pleased to invite you an investor seminar on the German environmental technologies and energy efficiency markets in Copenhagen on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.
The event aims to highlight expansion opportunities in Germany for Danish companies, with a focus on the Eastern German federal states. GTAI will present itself as the first point of contact for all questions on setting up a business in Germany. In addition, the event series will foster networking between Danish and German companies and cluster representatives. To do this, GTAI will be accompanied by a small group of cluster representatives from Eastern Germany, in particular the Cluster Energy Technology Berlin-Brandenburg.

Energy Efficiency in Buildings
In the building sector, Germany has set an objective of achieving a nearly climate neutral building stock by 2050. Currently, the building sector accounts for about 35% of the end energy consumption and about 30% of CO2 emissions in Germany. The German building sector thus has massive untapped potential for investment in energy efficient technologies and solutions. This translates into a substantial business opportunity for service and technology providers.
