The Japan Germany Industry Forum (JGIF) is the Germany Trade & Invest event with the greatest level of publicity and visibility abroad. With an annually changing industry focus, the forum highlights the multifaceted and outstanding position German industry enjoys within the European market. As well as presentations outlining the general framework conditions for investment in Germany, both German and Japanese companies are provided with a platform to present their current and planned activities in their respective industries. Under the topic "Next-Generation Manufacturing Technologies", this year's events will particularly focus on additive manufacturing, 3D printing and laser technology.
